1133 - A fine early Bakhtiar Rug

This rug with its rich palette and soft handle originates from the Chahar Mahal valley in West Persia.
The large ivory pendant is set off by the red field, the all-over flowering branches and the ivory main border. A rich palette and a soft handle.
